🌊 Wave 1 Freediving Beginner
Wave 1 Freediving is the entry-level course in the internationally recognized Molchanovs Freediving Education System, designed to take you from curious beginner to confident, certified freediver. Whether you're an ocean lover, a snorkeler wanting to go deeper, a surfer preparing for wipeouts, or someone simply fascinated by breath-hold diving, this course gives you a comprehensive foundation in both theory and practice.
Through guided training in the pool and open water, you’ll learn how to dive comfortably to depths of 12–20 meters (40–66 feet), hold your breath for over a minute, and move efficiently underwater all while staying safe, relaxed, and in control.
But more than just depth and technique, Wave 1 is about discovering your inner stillness, tuning into your breath, and unlocking the incredible diving potential of the human body.
