Wave 2 represents a significant advancement in both your technique and performance. This level introduces enhanced mental training, including mindfulness techniques tailored for various freediving scenarios. You will experience the thrill of freefall, which is one of the most exhilarating aspects of freediving.

Additionally, Wave 2 delves deeper into Frenzel equalization, while also elevating your understanding of safety. You will learn in detail about managing blackouts, decompression sickness, and strategies to prevent them. The program also covers advanced rescue techniques to ensure you are well-prepared for any situation.
